The Lobster Shack, for people new to the area, has the most incredible view of any eatery around. It's near Two Lights State Park and patrons can sit on picnic tables just feet from rocky shore and crashing surf.
One word of caution: Don't ever leave your food unattended there, not even for a moment. The seagulls there are well-trained in the art of food swiping, and they seldom miss an opportunity.
